Facilities

The Green School for Boys is at the junction of London Road and Twickenham Road, opposite The Green School for Girls and has a four phase building plan.  Phase 1 is already open and consists of ten classrooms including purpose built science rooms, an art room and small group rooms.  The quality of the accommodation is excellent and all classrooms contain LED screens to support our STEM specialism.  Dining facilities and assemblies are held in the listed building on the site known as ‘Busch House’.  During Phase 1 we are using one classroom as a fitness studio equipped with rowing machines and other team sports are being taught off-site. Phase 2 will be an extension of the sixth form provision and will be situated on The Green School for Girls site. This purpose built block will be adjoined to The Green School for Girls creating a new joint reception area for the sixth form and The Green School for Girls. A new access will be created off the London Road. Phase 3 will be a superb purpose built permanent building situated on the same site as the current temporary build and the school has worked closely with the architects to ensure that this meets the needs of our boys. Phase 4 will complete the building project with the renovation of Busch House into a Sixth Form common room and conference room. We are really excited that planning approval has been granted for all these phases and look forward to their completion:

Phase 1 - complete and housing two year groups.

Phase 2 - due to complete for September 2019

Phase 3 - due to complete for September 2020

Phase 4 - due to complete by 2021.
