Christian Connections

We are blessed to work with or be supported by a number of churches and christian organisations who contribute to our diverse and multi - faith community through a variety of ways

local churches

We have a happy and long-standing relationship with several local churches, especially All Saints Church, Isleworth and St Mary’s Church, Osterley and have recently rekindled our links with St Francis Of Assisi, Isleworth. Held in local churches our Carol Service is a wonderful occasion as it sits within the tradition of that church’s history. Our Founders’ Day Service, Easter and End of Year Communion Services are established within the worship life of the school and are a moving celebration of the rhythm of the year.

As part of our ongoing relationships with local churches, the clergy participate in services, Retreat Days and other events.

other christian organisations

A youth worker from Christ Church, Turnham Green has been a regular part of Chapel Club and we are enjoying a growing partnership with The Message Trust (a national Christian organisation committed to reaching young people with the Gospel) through SMSC events such as the visit of SoulBox (a Christian soul and rap band) and our outreach worker from The Message Trust who is connecting with boys in all Year groups though a mixture of Basketball and rapping and to engage in some faith based sessions to explore prayer and Bible study.

The school also greatly enjoys a very warm relationship with the Bishop of Kensington, who has visited us during Lent 2018 and will be celebrating Founders Day with us in October 2019. We also use the services of the Christian organisation “Kick” who provide a sports coach who also mentors the boys on a one to one for emotional support.
